    For a long time I struggled with postural issues and tightening in the body due to the type of work I occupy and the stresses of life. Since beginning both Clinical Pilates and Functional Movement sessions, not only have these issues improved significantly, I have also learnt to appreciate my body, move well and understand the fundamentals to my overall health and wellbeing.
